1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Course Cancellation by Student
- Students can cancel their enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
- Cancellations after 7 days but before the first live class: 50% refund
- Cancellations after attending the first live class: No refund applicable
- To cancel, contact us at hello@edzoro.com with your order details
1.2 Course Cancellation by Edzoro
- If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, full refund will be provided
- In case of technical issues preventing course delivery, alternative arrangements or full refund will be offered
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

- Full Refund (100%): Cancellation within 7 days of purchase
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellation after 7 days but before first class
- No Refund: After attending the first live class or accessing course materials

- Include order number, student name, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
3. Special Circumstances
3.1 Medical Emergency
In case of medical emergencies preventing course attendance, we may consider special refund requests with appropriate documentation.
3.2 Technical Issues
If technical problems on our end prevent access to classes or materials, we will provide alternative solutions or appropriate refunds.
3.3 Course Transfer
Students may request to transfer to another course batch within the same academic year, subject to availability.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital materials and resources once downloaded
- One-on-one tutoring sessions after completion
- Certificate and assessment fees
- Late enrollment or administrative fees
